The overall objective of the project is to improve the social and economic status of the women and their family in the Valbona-Tropoje area, through the professional involvement of women in family tourism, supporting with courses and professional practices, exchange of experience for empowering and increasing employment opportunities, self-employment and their engagement in the community. goal will be achieved through the improvement of the offer offered by the accommodation units in the conditions of the house and by training and practicing the women and girls of the area in relation to: food processing and service respecting the area’s tradition and contemporary food and drink psychology; hygiene services and sleeping conditions while maintaining the tradition of apline houses and respecting tourist safety rules; simply keeping business accounts in family tourism conditions for the purpose of winning, protecting from competition and transparency with tourists in relation to prices according to seasons; ensuring the quality of service offered;environmental conservation and waste management by standards;improving the tourist offer by promoting all the values of the area.awareness of the promotion of crafting traditions, handiwork by women in the area.development of guiding skills (from persons within the family) and direction based on recognition of the area’s paths, the most beautiful tourist sites, their history.providing consultancy and innovative ideas for increasing the type of cultivation of garden products as well as processing them in home conditions, as part of family tourism. promoting project results with women in other areas with potential for the development of family tourism.
